The Pilkington Pyrostop® Range is a clear, laminated fully insulating fire-protection and impact-resistant glass. Offering the highest levels of fire protection (integrity and insulation), maximising the available levels of natural light and visibility.

Pilkington Pyrodur® Plus has a fire-resistant interlayer which turns opaque and provides some insulation against all heat transfer, whereas Pilkington Pyroclear® remains clear allowing significant amounts of heat to be transmitted.

Provides passive protection from the effects of fire for up to 180 minutes allowing maximum use of natural light and enabling all areas of a building to be occupied. Reduces the noise inside a building to acceptable levels without sacrificing daylight.
